There are three signs for Paramount Vodka in Over-the-Rhine; this one on Elm, below Findlay; one near McMicken, and the third on McMicken.
There's also an ad for Paramount in Walnut Hills, but I'll save that for another day. I will tell you this much: It's not for vodka. (How's that for a tease?)
