Advertisements from yester-year and ghost signs around Cincinnati: If they're not fading away, they're covered up, or the buildings they're on are torn down.
Maybe not a ghost sign, because the company is still in business, albeit known without the "suburban", and, like yesterday's entry, it's not my preferred paint job. But, by god, look at that building!
The last time I drove by, January First, there were enough cars in the big lot to indicate they were still in (some sort of) business. But, a pass-by on Wednesday showed just a couple of broken down, rusting hulks sitting outside.
Rose Tavern, Beer & Wine to Carry Out. Easy to read. But, slightly above, and beneath the name, there's also the words "This Stop (or Store) Bldg Bathouse". I have no idea what that means.
